The theme of our year was: Don’t Tell Me I Can’t… Don’t Tell Us WE Can’t!!!! And boy did we ever show the doubters of the world that we CAN do anything we put our minds to!!!! The MME results of this year—and previous years—are posted to remind you of what’s possible when you put your mind to it.

- SEVEN of you earned the ADVANCED mark on the reading test!! That's the MOST EVER at Star... and with even greater expectations than the past :)

In writing, you went from the 180th ranked school in Michigan to the 24th—that’s right, the TWENTY-FOURTH—ranked school in the state!!! That’s an improvement of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX places!!!!
- Just over three-fourths of you were proficient—or better—in writing: 75.3%!!!!
- ELEVEN of you eared the ADVANCED level on the writing test!! That's more than the last four years COMBINED!! :)
